Medzonia is a consultancy company operating as an intermediary organization in the field of international health tourism. Our company is authorized under the Regulation on International Health Tourism and Tourist Health issued by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Türkiye, and conducts its activities within the framework of this legislation.
Medzonia does not provide any healthcare services. All diagnosis, treatment and medical procedures are carried out within contracted healthcare institutions that are licensed by the Ministry of Health and hold an international health tourism authorization certificate, and are performed by the physicians and healthcare personnel of the relevant healthcare institution.
The scope of our company’s activities is limited to referring international patients to contracted healthcare institutions, coordinating appointments and treatment processes, organizing interpretation services, coordinating transfer and accommodation arrangements, and facilitating communication between the patient and the healthcare institution.
Medzonia acts in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the applicable healthcare legislation in all of its activities.
