Personal Data Processed

• Sharing information with the contracted physician and healthcare institution to assess suitability for treatment.
• Arranging treatment, travel, and accommodation.
• Providing post-treatment follow-up services.
• Fulfilling legal obligations (including the International Health Tourism Regulation).
• Responding to requests and complaints.

Legal Grounds

Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds of establishing and performing a contract and fulfilling legal obligations pursuant to Article 5/2 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law. For your health data, your explicit consent is required pursuant to Article 6 of the Law.

Your health data will not be processed without your explicit consent.

Transfer

Your personal data may be transferred solely for the purpose of carrying out the treatment process to contracted physicians and partner healthcare institutions, accommodation and transfer service providers, and, where legally required, authorized public institutions. If you are located abroad, your data may be transferred abroad based on your explicit consent under Article 9 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law due to the nature of the communication.

Your data is collected through website forms, email, messaging applications, and telephone calls by fully or partially automated means.

Your Rights

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law, you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed and to request information regarding such processing.
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is being used in accordance with that purpose.
• To know the third parties to whom your data has been transferred.
• To request correction if your data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately.
• To request the deletion or destruction of your data.
• To object to an outcome arising against you as a result of analysis performed exclusively through automated systems.
• To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
